• Required :
  • Valid government issued photo ID is required for ALL guests 18 years and older.

• Average speed is approximately 45 mph.
• Consumption of alcohol before driving or riding a jet ski is strictly prohibited.
• Wetsuits available for rent during the season.
• SD cards for photos available for purchase.
• Stops and routes are not guaranteed and vary according to conditions.
• Maximum weight of 460 lbs.
• Not recommended for more than 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child. Maximum of 3 people.
• Consumption or possession of alcohol prior to booking your jet ski will result in a cancellation. Cancelled reservations will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
• A minimum ½ hour early check-in is required for all guests.
• Guests who are required to take the boater safety test must arrive 1 hour prior to departure.

Age Information

• 14 and under need a parent/chaperone 18 years + ON the tour for ALL tours. Valid Government Issued Photo ID required for all guests 18+.
• 16-17 can drive their own ski with parental consent at check in, valid government issued photo ID and boater safety test. A guest 18 or older is not required to accompany 16-17 year old minors with ID, parent at check in & boater license.
• 14-17 can drive with a qualified adult on the ski
• 14-15 cannot drive their own ski
• 4-17 cannot take a jet ski tour (ride or drive) without parental consent at check in. Parents must present a valid government issued photo ID.
• NO passengers 3 years or younger
• (With parental consent, 16- and 17-year-olds may ride a ski together with IDs & boaters tests. 15 and under need a guest 18+ on the ski. All jet ski language requirements, ID requirements & Boater’s Safety Test restrictions apply.)

Waiver Policy

• Waivers are required for all guests on all tours.
• 18+ valid government issued photo ID Required
• 17 & Younger Actual Parent Present at Check In
• 17 & Younger must be signed in by an actual parent.
• 17 & Younger must have a chaperone (18+) to complete their waivers.
• Parents must have a valid government issued photo ID.

Can I bring my service animal?

• Fury allows service animals only. A service animal is any dog that has been trained to perform tasks to benefit an individual. The work performed must be directly related to the individual’s disability. According to the ADA, service animals for emotional support, therapy, comfort or companionship are not considered service animals.
• The guest requiring the service animal must be in possession of the animal at all times. Due to the nature of Fury tours, guest and service animal may be required to remain on the boat for the entirety of the tour. This is to ensure the guest's safety as well as that of the service animal, Key West wildlife, other guests, captain and crew.

Can a pregnant guest participate?

• Pregnant guests cannot participate in jet skiing, banana boating or parasailing. If their doctor has cleared the guest for physical activity, they may participate in other activities. Pregnant guests can purchase a standby by ride-along ticket for parasailing, only if conditions are calm.

What is reef safe sunscreen?

• Sunscreen washes off your body and enters the marine environment, when swimming. Common chemical sunscreen ingredients can kill and damage coral reefs. Reef safe sunscreens do not have these harmful ingredients and are safe for coral reefs. Fury carries the Stream 2 Sea brand of sunscreen, at check in locations and on snorkel boats.

• 0-3 YO :
  • Cannot ride a Jet Ski
• 4-13 YO :
  • Cannot drive a Jet Ski.
  • OR Can be a Passenger on a Jet Ski if :
    • Someone 18 or older is on the ski with them (this person must provide a valid Photo ID and either be born before 1988 or complete a Boater’s Safety Test).
    • Parent must present valid Photo ID and sign waiver at check-in.
• 14-15 YO :
  • Can drive or be a passenger on a jet ski if :
    • Someone 18 or older is on the ski with them (this person must provide a valid Photo ID and either be born before 1988 or complete a Boater’s Safety Test).
    • Parent must present valid Photo ID and sign waiver at check-in.
• 16-17 YO :
  • Can drive their own Jet Ski if :
    • Provide a valid Photo ID,
    • Complete a Boater’s Safety Course,
    • Parent must present valid Photo ID and sign waiver at check-in.
    • If 2 Minors (16-17 YO) want to share a Jet Ski, both must meet above requirements.
  • OR Can drive or be a passenger on a jet ski if :
    • Someone 18 or older is on the ski with them (this person must provide a valid Photo ID and either be born before 1988 or complete a Boater’s Safety Test).
    • Parent must present valid Photo ID and sign waiver at check-in.
• 18+ YO :
  • Can drive a Jet Ski if :
    • Provide a valid Photo ID,
    • Born before 1988 or complete a Boater’s Safety Course.
    • If 2 Adults want to share a Jet Ski, only one must meet above requirement (both need a valid Photo ID)
